The Appointment Documentation Status Report is a report that gives users the ability to audit documentation status including appointments that have signed documentation, note has been skipped, or no documentation. To access the report click Reports | Report Center | Appointment Documentation Status Report. 

The report shows details for the appointment and includes a "Document Status" column that will show the current status of the documentation and if the note is an Intake or Progress Note the report will indicate that as well.
