If a clinic has multiple locations, they can be managed on the Facilities screen.

1. Click Persons & Institutions | Facilities from the left menu. The EHR will open the Facilities screen 
2. Click +New
3. Fill out the demographics for the facility
4. Click Save

To mark a facility as inactive

1. Click Persons & Institutions | Facilities
2. Select a facility
3. Check the "Inactive" checkbox
4. Click Save
