PSC - Pediatric Symptom Checklist

Description

The Pediatric Symptom Checklist (PSC) is a 35-item psychosocial screen, to be completed by the parent, designed to facilitate the recognition of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral problems in children.

Special Instructions

Once the patient has submitted it, you may preview it on the uninitialed documents tab in the EMR. However, do not initial it or it won't later be pulled into your Mobile Note.

Scores Produced

Total (0-70)

Interpretation

For children 4-5 years = 24 or higher may indicate psychological impairment

For children 6-16 = 28 or higher may indicate psychological impairment
