The E-learning (Litmos) Content Does Not Load

Although the e-learning content can be played in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, we recommend using Internet Explorer in a desktop computer to complete the courses. If the content fails to load or a blank page displays after clicking on a course, then one of the two browser technical requirements is not being met:

  1. Adobe Flash Player must be installed and enabled
  2. Javascript and Cookies must be enabled:
  • Chrome: Enable JavaScript and cookies
  • Firefox: To enable cookies, go to Options | Privacy. If Firefox is set to remember history, cookies are already enabled. To enable JavaScript, type "about:config" in the browser address bar. Search for "javascript.enabled", and change it to "true."
  • Internet Explorer: Enable JavaScript and allow cookies
