To add a guardian to a patient's demographics:

1. Click on Persons and Institutions | Patients
2. Select the patient from the Patients tab.
3. Click on Options at the bottom of the page
4. Hover over Guardians and click Add Guardian 1
5. The EMR will create a Guardian 1 tab where the desired information can be entered

 The options Delete Guardian 1 and Add Guardian 2 are available when hovering over Guardians as shown above in step 4.
