The EDI Billing Contact contains the following fields:

• Name: full name of the biller or the main staff/provider.
• Phone: phone number of the practice.
• Email: email of the biller or the main staff/provider.
• Fax: fax number of the practice.
• EDI Access Number: this field does not need to be completed
